2 adults were killed and a teenager was injured with non life threatening injuries in a shooting at the Butte County Library. Chico police received reports of an active shooter inside the library just after 5 p.m. Monday. Chico Police identified the suspect as 18 yr old Bradley Sayer , CPD reports there is no indication he had any connection to the victims at the time of the shooting, and it appears his motivation was to commit a "Columbine High School massacre type of shooting," .
